This product is about a set of  2 pcs Springs for all Bombers with 30mm Stanchions having 130mm Travel , usually known as Part No. 12 in the exploded drawings – used or new. This product is about the well known Bomber Rebound/Preload Knobs, which had been developed by Marzocchi in different colours and forms for a lot of early Bomber's.

This product is about a pair Marzocchi Canti Sockets or Canti Socket Screw from 1993+ – 2001 made out of stainless steel in CNC HQ production! Optional : 3-pin-plate for XCR brakes. It will fit in most of the Marzocchi XC Series Forks and the early Bombers like Z1, Z2 etc. with single slider design and a boltened brace only. If you go with Disc you can close the Canti Sockets nicely using the black Canti Socket Screws.

Well known Disc Adapter for all early Z1 & Z2 1996+ with Formular (FS) Disc Mounts. This adapter maps standard FS to standard IS and was built for the well known Magura Disc Brake or Hope disc brakes.

This is about a massiv Reinforced Aluminium Steerer developed for Marzocchi Dual + Triple Fork Crowns like SHIVER DC & MONSTER’s & other strong single Crown Forks like the 66, Shiver SC etc. It is known to be much stronger than the older reinforced ones (508995 & 508996), which Marzocchi developed for the 1st Shiver DC’s / Monster’s / Jr. T.’s in 2002/2004. It has a special conic design to take all the forces a suspension fork needs to hold in various environment conditions and is the strongest one the Technical Specialists from Marzocchi had ever made in 2006+. This one replaces older Marzocchi steerer 508995 and 508995. Pressing Service / Steerer Exchange possible!  🛠🧷🔧 ✔

This product is about a remastered Marzocchi part named Brake Cable Support Kit Marzocchi Item/Art. 16.1105 based on detailled 3D CAD Modelling work, but this is mirror polished !! The original one is a very rare piece nowadays! It's for early Bombers 1996-2006 with single lower design, a boltened brace only having the support threads for it.

This updated tool V2 is used for pressing the 30mm oil seal into the lowers top.🤙 The smaler bottom section is long enough to keep the tool vertical as this is most important to press the oil seal in and avoids deforming the seals metal sceleton! We will also do the Tool for Pressing outer Dust Seal in.

This is about a HQ CNC Custom made & reinforced Marzocchi BOMBER Z1 30mm Crown 1 1/8″ press-fit (1997+). 👻 There are different options for steerers. This crowns milled out of a block Aluminium 7075 T6 are much stronger then the mass die-casted ones! Read about here! .

This product is about a custom made Brace / Arch for Bomber Z1, Z2 and other forks with bolted baces in 3" with ~21mm more clearance for tires like the well known blackSpire Arch. Means you can use FAT tires and even 27" wheels! Designed in cool Marzocchi M-Arch Style! Limited Edition!🖐✨

Using this tool you can perfect protect your forks slider when you lever out the oil seal out of the slider tube . As you know the Bombers oil seal resists strongly by trying to pull it out. This is an advanced High Quality Remake of the Aluminum Steerer from the 90’s, which have been produced by lathing using Aluminium 7075!! It has a FEM optimised Conic Geometry with more strength & defined Tolerances for boltened crowns only. If you need one for pressing in please drop me a note. It is a much more robust Version than the one you can currently buy on the market. It has a more detailed Head-Set Part Definition. This is a Sticker set for the early Bomber Z1 which had been introduced into the market in 1996 with 1 and 2 Formular (FS) disc mounts! Most sticker printers nowadays don't do printing on transparent foil with white base layer, but that was Marzocchi standard and nice to look at.🤙

You can close the canti post using this screw if you go disc. Works for all older Marzocchis 1989 - 1996.
