This is about a massiv Reinforced Aluminium Steerer developed for Marzocchi Dual + Triple Fork Crowns like SHIVER DC & MONSTER’s & other strong single Crown Forks like the 66, Shiver SC etc. It is known to be much stronger than the older reinforced ones (508995 & 508996), which Marzocchi developed for the 1st Shiver DC’s / Monster’s / Jr. T.’s in 2002/2004. It has a special conic design to take all the forces a suspension fork needs to hold in various environment conditions and is the strongest one the Technical Specialists from Marzocchi had ever made in 2006+. Marzocchi Fork Thru Axle 20mm for Bomber 888 and 66, one site with allen hex key screw, other site will be fixed. This axle is machined from 7075-T6, the same alloy used in high-load aerospace parts. It eliminates the flex and thread wear common with original Marzocchi axles.
