Attention : Check your Hub inner Diameter with some proper measurement tools able to do 0,00x mm! A standard calipper will do only 0,1 up to 0,05mm in the maximum at 20°C!
Check the standard QR20mm diameter as shown in the pictures; that axle should has 20mm h6 which means it's tolerance is from +0,000 up to 0,011 mm.
If your hub has a smaller hole and does not fit you need to ask a tool shop to lathe is a little.
NEVER EVER grind it manualy!!!
