Bomber 35mm Seal Kits are in Production

The 35mm stanchion diameter is the most common size across the later Marzocchi production era. Byside 30mm kits it's been our most requested kit since we launched.

What's in the kit

The Bomber 35mm Seal Kit includes: 2× inner oil seals, 2× outer dust wipers, and a SAG ring. All parts are XNBR (carboxylated nitrile rubber) — the same compound we use for the Z1 30mm kit.

XNBR offers better UV resistance than standard NBR, which matters for forks that have been sitting in storage for years. It also maintains elasticity over a wider temperature range and has improved dynamic sealing performance under repeated cycling.

Compatible forks

This kit fits all Marzocchi forks with 35mm stanchion outer diameter, including: Shiver DC, Marzocchi 66 (all variants), 888 (35mm build), etc. If you're unsure whether your fork uses 35mm legs, simply measure the outer diameter of the stanchions using a callipers. There is only one 35mm seal kit for Marzocchi forks <=2018.

All dimensions from OEM originals

As with all our kits, every dimension was reverse-engineered from original Marzocchi seals using the 6-step process we've documented previously. First article parts were verified against the drawings before the batch was released.
